Following the fast growing infrastructure development in Indonesia, we PT. FOCON INDO BETON is present to participate in construction projects in Jakarta and West Java particularly and in Indonesia generally.

PT. FOCON INDO BETON is a specialized Ready Mixed Concrete Supplier, exclusive to Special Projects. Our quality fulfills the standard specified by the Project’s Owners, Consultants and Contractors, which is different from one project to another. Our Projects started in Jakarta in the year 2003, initiated by setting up a Concrete Batching Plant located in Ulujami (Southern Jakarta) to supply Ready Mixed Concrete to :

  • JAKARTA OUTER RINGROAD (JORR) TOLL ROAD PROJECT, Section W2(S)1, from Pondok Pinang to Veteran with PT. Modern Wydia Technical as the Main Contractor.
  • JAKARTA OUTER RINGROAD (JORR) TOLL ROAD PROJECT, Section W2(S)2, from Veteran to Ulujami with PT. Hutama Karya (Persero) as the Main Contractor.
  • ULUJAMI – PONDOK AREN TOLL ROAD PROJECT with PT. Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) as the Main Contractor.

From this particular Batching Plant, we also supplied Concrete Ready Mixed to Roads and Building Projects within the area of  Southern Jakarta, which were eligible to be supplied.

Our second Batching Plant was set up in Cikalong Wetan, located 20 km approximately from Bandung, the capital city of West Java. This Batching Plant supplied Ready Mixed Concrete for several Main Contractors who constructed the CIPULARANG TOLL ROAD PROJECT to connect Cikampek, Purwakarta, and Padalarang cities. The Main Contractors were PT. Daya Mulia Turangga, PT. Propelat, PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk, PT. Hutama Karya (Persero) and PT. SUMBER MITRA JAYA-IRCON INTERNATIONAL JO.

We then supplied the Ready Mixed Concrete for the construction of JORR TOLL ROAD PROJECT, section E-3 from Cakung to Cilincing to PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. as the Main Contractor and Other Projects like Komatsu Warehouse, Proskuneo Dock Yard, Hasana Damai Putra Housing Estate, Daihatsu Showroom, etc.

We also supplied the whole of Concrete Ready Mixed needed for The Regatta Apartment Project to PT. Total Bangun Persada, Tbk. as the Main Contractor, the construction of PLTU 1 Banten, Suralaya Unit 8 to CNTIC (China Contractor) – PT. Rekayasa Industri as the Main Contractor and PLTU 2 Banten, PLTU Labuan to CHENG DA (China Contractor) – PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. as the Main Contractor.

In the following years after, we supplied the concrete to :

  • PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. as the member of SINOHYDRO – CIC – JO to supply the Ready Mixed Concrete for JATIGEDE DAM PROJECT in Sumedang, West Java Province.
  • PT Dharma Perdana Muda as the Main Contractor of KERTAJATI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT in Kertajati, West Java Province.
  • PT. Brantas Abipraya and PT. Wijaya Karya Tbk KSO as the main contractor of KUNINGAN DAM PROJECT in Cibeurem, Kuningan, West Java Province.
  • PT. Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk. for BALIKPAPAN – SAMARINDA TOLL ROAD PROJECT with total concrete volume of more than 400.000 m3, in East Kalimantan Province.

We have just finished supplying concrete to :

  • WIKA-JAYA KONSTRUKSI KSO as the Main Contractor of CIPANAS DAM PROJECT – PACKAGE 1 in Sumedang, West Java Province.
  • PT. Brantas Abipraya as the Main Contractor of CIPANAS DAM PROJECT – PACKAGE 2 in Sumedang, West Java Province.
  • PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. for SADAWARNA DAM PROJECT in Subang, West Java Province.
  • PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. as a member of MCC-WIKA-NK-WASKITA JO as the main contractor at CISUMDAWU TOLL ROAD PROJECT PHASE 2 in Sumedang, West Java Province.
  • PT. Brantas Abipraya as the Main Contractor for CISUMDAWU TOLL ROAD PROJECT PHASE 4B in Sumedang, West Java Province.
  • PT. Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk. in participation of INDRAPURA – KISARAN TOLL ROAD PROJECT, Section 2, in North Sumatra Province.

At the moment we have recently been appointed to participate by :

  • PT. Adhi Persada Beton KARANGJOANG – KARIANGAU TOLL ROAD PROJECT, Section 3A, in IKN, East Kalimantan Province.
  • PT. Adhi Persada Beton as the Main Contractor for YOGYAKARTA – BAWEN TOLL ROAD PROJECT, Section 1, in Central Java Province.
  • PT. Adhi Persada Beton for YOGYAKARTA – SOLO TOLL ROAD PROJECT, Section 1.1 in Yogyakarta, Central Java Province.
  • WIKA-JAYA KONSTRUKSI KSO as the Main Contractor for CIJUREY DAM PROJECT PHASE 3, in Bogor Regency, West Java Province.
  • PT. Semen Indogreen Sentosa (member of Hutama Karya) in IKN TOLL ROAD PROJECT, Section 5B, East Kalimantan Province.
